DEVELOPMENT (R&D)
Operating since 1989. we have formulated hundreds of product types. And we have taken it a step further, a step before actually… We used to start with formulating, but now we assist you even before, we help you create the idea.
IDEA • line creation
Our team of experts will create a line that perfectly works as a unity or collection. All you need to do is give us a rough desire, a general direction: an ingredient or a group of ingredients that you like to create story around. We create the rest. A custom-made presentation of your future line, detailed and accurate with a thorough insight into claims will be sent within 10 days.
INGREDIENTS
With over 400 ingredients in regular use, we are equipped to produce miracles. Based on your desires to create a natural and/or organic product, or biodynamic and/or dermaceutical, we will use the best, modern, premium top-of-the-line ingredients from actives to functionals within the limits of desired certificates and countries of launch.
FORMULATION
Custom-made for your brand, we create biodynamic formulas that satisfy all requirements: skin feel, claims, (bio) active ingredients, future certification requirements.
LAB SAMPLES
We create samples for your revision and testing. You are free to require as many adjustments as you like to have a perfect, unique product for your line.
TESTING
Upon receiving a satisfactory sample, we conclude the formula and make final samples for testing stability/compatibility, patch and challenge test (if applicable). Providing stability of the product is corresponding, you will receive INCI lists, specification and first part of documentation for your Product Information File. We provide/supervise other tests and trials when required.
CHOOSING PACKAGING
Choosing packaging is one of the most important steps because it can interfere and affect stability of the product, therefore it is recommended to choose it as soon as possible.
LABELS, CLAIMS & REGISTRATION

LABELS
As R&D is coming to the finalisation, our experts start working on label texts of your product (delivered in English, word format with clear marks of what parts are subject to change if you desire).
CLAIMS & MARKETING POINTS
We will provide each product with list of active ingredients and its main claims (majority already provided in the first step of R&D), elaborate research of scientific data, collecting relevant information on activity and efficiency, copywriting and other similar services are available at request, exclusively in English.
REGISTRATION
This is the most important legal step: your product must satisfy all regulatory and safety requirements. We keep that in mind from the beginning all the way.
Guiding your steps through registration at European Cosmetic Product Notification Portal and handling notifications and updates of every product on your behalf.
EU cosmetic regulation is one of the most complexed in the world, therefore your product will be largely ready for registration worldwide where, if needed, we have our long-term partner companies that perform registrations anywhere in the world.
MANUFACTURE
Transition from lab scale to manufacture is a complex endeavour because lab equipment and time taken to make a sample widely differs from manufacturing machines and process duration. But we are an experienced team, thus same raw materials are used in both processes.
CERTIFICATES
We operate under GMP – ISO 22716 and EU- state-owned contracted supervision. However, being among the first manufacturers of natural cosmetics in the world, long before natural certifiers and rules came along, we submit to regular audits by certifiers chosen by our clients.
DIFFERENT SIZE BATCHES
With capacities to manufacture batches from 6 kg to 550 kg, this translates to around 120 pcs or 10000 pcs of 50 ml product per batch. So, your brand can safely grow within our manufacturing capacities. Microbial tests are done for each batch or according to regulative recommendations on minimum quantities requested for microbial testing.
RAW-MATERIAL AND TRACEABILITY
We take great pride in stating over 400 raw materials at our warehouse regularly, most of which are bioactives. All our suppliers are esteemed, large scale companies, mostly from EU and USA, now spreading to South Korea (peptides, aminos, collagens and ceramides) and high-tech Chinese giants (UV filters/absorbers) which ensures your product’s microbial cleanliness, health safety and efficiency. Every raw material is traceable.

PACKAGING & STORAGE
SOURCING
Although we do not keep stock of packaging, we do help you to source the desired packaging for your product always keeping communication between suppliers as well as purchasing and transporting/importing on your behalf.
STORAGE
Your packaging will be safely stored at our warehouse. Finished products storage is also an option which requires handling manipulation therefore is to be agreed-on additionally.
WHITE LABEL
20 different formulations using new generation materials and technologies are available at our manufacture: fully tested, certified and ready to be packed in your own packaging and registered under your own brand and design.
